DPP Elections 2010

The end of 2009 is quickly approaching and this means that election time is coming up. The Steering Group of the DataPortability Project (DPP) is going to be elected and you can nominate yourself. If you think you can help to spread the concept of Data Portability and you are also willing to do so, please nominate yourself!

To do so, you need to do two things:

  1. Register yourself as a member of the plenary by mailing to the DataPortability Voting Mailing List: http://groups.google.com/group/dataportability-vote. “I intend to vote” is enough for that.
  2. Then you need to nominate yourself by posting your nomination to the public and the voting mailing list (the latter being more important for voting, the former being more important to advertise yourself). Please include a short biography about yourself and your thoughts around Data Portability. You can also nominate other people who then need to accept.

The deadline for this is midnight (GMT) on November 23rd 2009! So hurry up!
