Data Portability has some momentum at the moment and as the topic „Semantic Web“ is related (or the more general field) many of these things will also be discussed at the upcoming SemanticCamp London. It will happen on February 16th and 17th at the department of Computing at Imperial Collega, London. It’s in the tradition of BarCamps which means it’s a participant driven event. The topics will include everything around the Semantic Web. For more information and signup look at http://semanticcamp.tommorris.org . I especially like the fact that you can give your FOAF or hCard location at signup to retrieve your personal information automatically.
Data Portability ist ja dieser Tage in aller Munde und so macht es vielleicht Sinn, das SemanticCamp in London zu besuchen. Es findet am 16. und 17.
